SES.HOSPEDAJES is the official platform developed by the Spanish Ministry of the Interior to comply with Royal Decree 933/2021. It acts as a centralized system for reporting guest information to the Ministry, as required by law. This guide explains how to register your property and connect it to your Holidu account for automatic guest check-in submissions.

Getting Started: Create Your SES.HOSPEDAJES Account

Step 1: Begin Registration

Visit the Ministerio Del Interior website and click on "Hospedajes y alquiler de vehículos." You have three registration options:

• Acceso al registro de establecimientos y entidades: For new users without Cl@ve registration
• Acceso a la consulta y envío de comunicaciones de actividades de hospedajes o alquiler de vehículos: For existing Cl@ve users
• Use your existing login credentials if you already have an account

Step 2: Choose Your Verification Method

You can verify your identity using either a Digital Certificate (obtained from FNMT) or Cl@ve PIN/DNIe. Click the "@" icon on the SES.Hospedajes portal to proceed with your chosen verification method.

Step 3: Select Registration Type

Once logged in, navigate to "Registro de entidades y establecimientos" and select your accommodation type, such as "Hospedaje turístico."

Step 4: Enable Web Service Communications

Open "Mis datos registrados" and fill in all required fields. Most importantly, tick the checkbox for "Envío de comunicaciones por servicio web" (Web service communications). This step is mandatory to generate your web service credentials needed for Holidu integration.

Step 5: Register Your Properties

Add each property with its corresponding information, including name, address, and license number.

Step 6: Review and Sign

Review all your information and sign using Autofirma or Cl@ve Firma. Ensure the web service option remains active before signing.

Step 7: Receive Your Credentials

Check your email from no-reply@hospedajes.mir.es for your login credentials. You will receive your owner code, property code, and web service credentials (ending in "WS"). These credentials are essential for connecting to Holidu.

Understanding the Online Check-in Feature

The Online Check-in feature automatically transfers guest data from Holidu to SES.HOSPEDAJES after each guest completes their online check-in form. This eliminates manual data submission and ensures compliance with Spanish regulations. For additional questions, see our frequently asked questions.

Connect SES.HOSPEDAJES to Your Holidu Account

Follow these steps to link your SES.HOSPEDAJES credentials with Holidu. Make sure you are using the latest version of the Holidu app before starting.

1. Open the Holidu app (latest version)
2. Go to More → Account → Online Guest Registration
3. Click Configure next to the property you want to connect
4. Fill in the connection form:
   • Click Statistics connection
   • Select SES.HOSPEDAJES
   • Enter your credentials (Username, Password, Accommodation code, Landlord code) from your SES.HOSPEDAJES email
   • Click Validate to test the connection
5. Click Save changes
6. If no error message appears, your connection is active and working

Note: If your property is located in Catalonia, select Mossos d'Esquadra instead. If in the Basque Country, select Ertzaintza.

Troubleshooting: Credential Issues

If you have trouble accessing your credentials or need to update your password, follow these steps:

1. Go to the SES.HOSPEDAJES platform
2. Click the "@" sign to access the Registry of Establishments and Entities
3. Log in with your Digital Certificate or Cl@ve app
4. Click "Access" under the Communication Service section
5. Copy your Username from the left column and click "Change Password" to update your credentials for sending Guest Registration forms

Important Notes About Imported Bookings

Bookings imported from external sources (not created directly through Holidu) are not automatically linked to SES.HOSPEDAJES. For these reservations, you must manually collect guest information and submit it through your SES.HOSPEDAJES account.
