How can I receive notifications from Holidu on my device?

Stay on top of your bookings, payouts, and important business events by enabling mobile notifications in the Holidu app. This guide explains how to download the app, set up and customize notifications, and discover what's new.

Download and update the Holidu app

• Visit host.holidu.com/app — you'll be directed to the right store for your device (Google Play for Android, App Store for iOS)
• Make sure the app is updated to the latest version

Open the app

• Launch the Holidu app on your phone or tablet

Access notification settings

• Tap the More menu in the bottom-right corner of the app

Customize your notifications

In the More menu, tap Notification settings.

Use the toggles to enable or disable notifications for each event type:

• Payouts
• Booking confirmations
• Booking cancellations
• Booking modifications
• Opportunities to optimize your listing

Set timing for arrival and departure notifications

• Within Notification settings, choose when you want to be reminded of guest arrivals and departures (for example 1, 3, or 7 days in advance)
• You can select multiple reminders

Updated app navigation: what's new

• Recent updates and features are gathered in the More section, so everything is easier to find
• Key upcoming features are highlighted in the bottom navigation bar, within easy reach

Important Considerations

• Notification settings are always under the More menu in the current app version
• Critical communications (booking confirmations, cancellations, modifications, and listing opportunities) are also sent by email to your registered address
• For full visibility, check both your app notifications and your email
