Step-by-Step Guide to Edit Your Property Address
- Go to the Location tab of the property in the PMS.
- Review the current address details.
- If there is an error, click on Fix or report an issue.
- You will be prompted to select one of the following scenarios.
Address Correction Scenarios
Scenario A: The address is wrong in Holidu App
- Edit the address fields directly.
- Adjust or verify the Pin coordinates as prompted.
- Upload a recent utility bill showing your property address to verify the change for external channels.
Scenario B: The address is correct in the Holidu App, but wrong in portal(s)
- Indicate which portal(s) have the issue (one, more, or all).
- You do not need to re-enter the address since the address in the Holidu app is correct.
- If Booking.com is selected, you will be required to upload a utility bill.
Final Step
Submit your request or save changes as prompted. Once submitted, no additional steps are required from you.

- Holidu booking platform and other channels: Instant update after you save changes.
