If your property is listed on Holidu, it is automatically available on HomeToGo and its partner sites. This means your property reaches more potential guests without requiring any additional setup or effort on your part.
Here is how the HomeToGo distribution works:
- Holidu manages guest payments, booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations for HomeToGo bookings.
- Payouts and invoices for HomeToGo bookings are processed through Holidu, just as with other distribution channels.
- Your listing follows the main cancellation policy set in Holidu. To update it, please refer to our cancellation policy guide. Changes apply across all distribution channels except Booking.com and Airbnb, where you can set specific policies.
What happens if I need to cancel a HomeToGo booking?
Cancellations for HomeToGo bookings follow the same booking cancellation process as any other Holidu booking. The same policies and procedures you have established in your Holidu account will apply automatically.

We recommend keeping HomeToGo active so your property reaches more travellers with no extra effort on your part. Staying active on HomeToGo helps your property reach more travellers searching for stays in your region and can increase your booking opportunities at no additional cost.
However, if you prefer not to list on HomeToGo and its partner sites, you have the option to deactivate the channel from your Holidu account. To manage your distribution channels, simply access your account settings and adjust your channel preferences according to your needs.
