When you activate the Check24 distribution channel through Holidu, your property reaches a large German audience automatically. Here's what happens:

• Holidu manages all guest payments, booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations for Check24 bookings
• Payouts and invoices are processed through Holidu like any other distribution channel
• Your main cancellation policy applies across all channels except Booking.com and Airbnb, where you can set specific policies

Finding Your Property on Check24

To verify your listing appears on Check24, search directly on their platform at ferienwohnung.check24.de. Enter your city name, navigate to your property location on the map, and search for available dates to confirm visibility.

Managing Check24 Bookings

Cancellations and modifications for Check24 bookings follow the same process as any standard Holidu booking. No separate handling is required on your end.

Can I Deactivate Check24?

While we recommend keeping Check24 active to maximize booking potential with minimal effort, you can deactivate the channel anytime. Go to the Distribution Channels tab, click Channel Terms, and select Deactivate Channel at the bottom of the page.
