Holidu Protect gives you comprehensive coverage for your holiday property. You can easily activate or deactivate this protection individually for each of your properties directly from your Holidu Host account.

How to activate Holidu Protect

Follow these simple steps to enable Holidu Protect for your property:

Step 1: Access your property settings

Log in to your Holidu Host account and navigate to the property configuration of the holiday home you want to protect.

Step 2: Navigate to Pricing & Protection

Click on Pricing & Protection in the property settings. Then, locate the section labeled "Protect your Property" and click the Configure button.

Step 3: Review and accept terms

Read through the information about Holidu Protect carefully. Review the Terms & Conditions and check the box to accept them.

Step 4: Activate Holidu Protect

Click the Activate Holidu Protect button. You will receive a confirmation message indicating that Holidu Protect has been successfully activated.

After confirming activation, Holidu Protect becomes immediately active for all future bookings at that property.

• Immediate effect: Holidu Protect is active for all future bookings once you confirm activation
• Security deposits: If you have security deposits in place, they will be deactivated when you activate Holidu Protect
• Per-property control: You can activate or deactivate the protection individually for each of your properties
• No paperwork required: Activation is handled entirely within your Holidu account with no additional manual steps

How to deactivate Holidu Protect

If you decide to deactivate Holidu Protect for any property, simply follow the same steps above and select the option to deactivate instead of activate. You have complete flexibility to manage your protection settings at any time.
