At Holidu, we understand that managing your property's availability requires flexibility while maintaining smooth operations. Setting up check-in and check-out day and time restrictions helps you control when guests can arrive and depart.

What are check-in and check-out restrictions?

Check-in and check-out restrictions include two elements: the days of the week guests can arrive or leave, and the specific hours within which they must do so. While restrictions are sometimes necessary, we recommend offering maximum flexibility to improve your booking chances and guest satisfaction.

How to set check-in and check-out times

1. Log into your Holidu account and select your property
2. Navigate to Configuration and select General Info
3. Scroll to the Check-in and Check-out time section
4. Click Edit
5. Enter your preferred check-in window (for example, 16:00–20:00) and check-out time (for example, 10:00)
6. Click Save to confirm

How to set check-in and check-out day restrictions

You can configure day restrictions from either the Pricing or Calendar section.

Using the Pricing section

1. Go to Configuration and click Pricing
2. Select the season you want to update and click Edit
3. Choose the days you want to allow for check-in and check-out, or use Select/Deselect all for the entire week
4. Click Save

Using the Calendar section

1. Go to Calendar and select your desired period
2. Click Edit on the season shown on the right
3. Select your preferred check-in and check-out days, or use Select/Deselect all
4. Click Save

By setting both day and time restrictions, you maintain control over guest arrivals and departures while keeping your property competitive and attractive to a wide range of travelers.
