- Log in to your Holidu Host account
- Navigate to Configuration → Discounts
- Choose your preferred discount type
- Click Configure and set your parameters
- Click Activate to save
Discount Types to Attract More Guests
New Listing Discount
Automatically applied to your first 3 confirmed bookings with a default 20% discount. Stays active until you reach 3 confirmed bookings, even if one is cancelled.
Note: This discount cannot be combined with other offers and takes priority over all other discounts.
Early-Bird Discount
Reward guests who book well in advance. Set your discount percentage and the number of days before arrival when this offer applies.
Last-Minute Discount
Fill calendar gaps by offering discounts for upcoming stays. Choose your percentage and specify how many days before arrival it applies.
Note: Early-Bird and Last-Minute Discounts are dynamic. This means they automatically adjust depending on the booking date. For example, if you set a Last-Minute Discount for the next 7 days, it will always apply to bookings made "today" for stays within those 7 days.
Weekly Discount
Applies to bookings of 7 nights or more. Set your discount percentage and activate to encourage longer stays.
Mobile User Discount
Attract guests booking via mobile devices on Booking.com and Holidu. Configure your preferred percentage and activate.
Loyalty Discount
Offer returning guests on Booking.com and Holidu a special discount to encourage repeat bookings.
Peak Night Discount Exclusion
Protect your highest-demand nights from being discounted while discounts still apply to slower periods. Choose between:
- Tier 1 – Peak Demand: Excludes only the absolute highest-demand nights
- Tier 2 – Peak + High Demand: Excludes the highest-demand nights plus a wider range of high-demand nights
Supported discounts: Weekly, Early-Bird, and Mobile discounts.
Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy Discount
