How can I add arrival instructions?

Providing clear arrival instructions ensures your guests have a smooth check-in experience. Follow these steps to set up and update arrival information in your Holidu Hosts account.

Steps to add arrival instructions

1. Log in to your Holidu Hosts account and select your property.
2. In the left-hand menu, click on Configuration.
3. Scroll down and select Arrival Information.
4. Click Edit to add or update details such as:
   • Key collection information
   • Directions to the property
   • Special check-in instructions
5. Save your changes.

Improve your instructions with AI

When editing arrival information, you'll see an "Improve with AI" button. This tool rewrites your check-in instructions into a clear, structured format that guests can easily understand.

Translate your instructions

After saving, use the Language Selector to translate your arrival instructions into all supported languages. Guests will automatically receive the version in their preferred language.

Important information

The arrival information you add is automatically sent to guests after they confirm a booking. If you update arrival details after bookings have been made, you must inform those guests personally about any changes.
