How can I add arrival instructions?

Adding clear arrival instructions helps your guests check in smoothly and reduces confusion. This guide explains how to set up and manage arrival information in your Holidu Hosts account.

Step-by-step guide to add arrival instructions

  1. Log in to your Holidu Hosts account and select your property
  2. Click Configuration in the left-hand menu
  3. Scroll down and select Arrival Information
  4. In the Contact Information section, click Edit to add:
    • Name of the check-in person
    • Phone number
    • Email address
  5. In the Arrival Information section, click Edit to include:
    • Key collection details
    • Directions to the property
    • Special check-in instructions

Use AI to improve your instructions

When editing arrival information, you'll see an "Improve with AI" button. This tool automatically rewrites your instructions into a clear, structured format that guests will find easy to follow.

Translate your instructions

After saving, you can use the Language Selector to translate your arrival instructions into all supported languages. Guests automatically receive the version in their preferred language with their booking confirmation.

Important information

The arrival details you add are automatically sent to guests after they confirm a booking. If you update this information after bookings are already made, you must contact those guests directly to inform them of the changes.
