How can I add arrival instructions?
Clear arrival instructions help your guests have a smooth check-in experience. You can add and update arrival information in your Holidu Hosts account in just a few steps.
Step-by-step guide
- Log in to your Holidu Hosts account and select your property
- Click on Configuration in the left-hand menu
- Scroll down and select Arrival Information
- In the Contact Information section, click Edit to update the check-in contact details (name, phone number, and email)
- In the Arrival Information section, click Edit to add details such as:
- Key collection information
- Directions to the property
- Special check-in instructions
Improve your instructions with AI
While editing, you will see an "Improve with AI" button. This tool rewrites your check-in instructions into a clear, structured format that guests will automatically receive in their confirmation emails.
After saving, use the Language Selector to translate your instructions into all supported languages. Guests will receive the version in their preferred language automatically.
Important information
The arrival information you add (contact details, key collection instructions, and directions) is automatically sent to guests after they confirm a booking.
If you update arrival details after bookings have already been made, you must inform those guests personally about the changes.
