Changing your property name: 

If you would like to update the name of your property, our Support Team will be happy to help you.

You can contact us in two easy ways:

1. Use the Contact Button at the End of This Article

Click the button below to send your request directly to our Support Team.

2. Submit a Request via Your Holidu Host Account

• Log in to your Holidu Host Account.
• Click on More in the upper right corner.
• Go to the Contact Section.
• Select I need help with an ad.
• Choose I want to update my property’s description text, amenities, or photos.
• Click on My topic is not covered, or I still need assistance.
• Fill in the required information and click Submit a Request.

Changing ownership information in the ad: 

When your property ad is published on Holidu, it is also distributed across multiple partner platforms (such as Booking.com, Airbnb, and Vrbo).

For technical and contractual reasons, the host name displayed on these channels cannot be customized.

 This means that Holidu will appear as the host on those ads. This setup ensures that:

• Guests can book seamlessly through trusted partner platforms.
• The connection between Holidu and external channels remains compliant with platform rules.
• Your property stays visible to a wider audience without additional management effort.

Exceptions – When your name appears as the host:

There are two cases where your name will appear instead of Holidu’s:

1. On the Holidu channel: Your name appears as the Host, while Holidu is listed as the Manager.
2. On your Direct Booking Website (“My Website”): In this space, your name is visible in the “Your Host” section at the top of the page.
