How to set up discounts and flexible stays

Access your discount settings in your Holidu Host dashboard under Configuration → Discounts. You'll find two main sections to optimize your bookings.

Attract more guests with discounts

• First 3 bookings discount — automatically applied to your first 3 bookings when your property is new
• Mobile Discount — attracts guests booking from mobile devices
• Loyalty Discount — a fixed 10% discount for frequent travelers (only available for properties with minimum 3 reviews in both Holidu and Booking.com with an average score of 7.5 or higher)
• Early Bird Discount — reward guests who book in advance with your chosen lead time
• Last-Minute Discount — fill availability with short-notice bookings
• Weekly Discount — reward longer stays of 7 nights or more
• Discount for direct bookings — offer a small discount when guests book directly through your website or embedded booking module, letting you keep more earnings

Smart ways to fill your calendar

• Fill short gaps between reservations — accepts short stays at a price uplift you set
• Accept short stays for full-stay pay — allows bookings for fewer nights than your minimum while keeping your earnings intact
• Lower your minimum stay for last-minute dates — automatically reduces minimum stay requirements as check-in approaches

Getting the most from your settings

You control the percentages, time windows, and minimum stay requirements. Holidu's pricing recommendations are based on local market data, helping you match each setting to demand in your area. Select Configure, adjust your parameters according to your property's needs, and click Activate to save your changes.
