Step-by-step guide to creating your property listing

1. Log in to your account

Start by logging into your Holidu host account. Once you're in, click on "Properties" to begin the listing creation process.

2. Add a new property

Look for the "+ Add Property" button in the top left corner (Desktop) or the "+ Add" button in the bottom right corner (Mobile app). Click to start setting up your new listing.

3. Choose your property type

Select whether your property is a single structure with one dwelling unit or a multi-unit property with several units at the same address.

4. Check for existing listings

We'll ask if your property is already listed on other booking platforms such as Booking.com or Airbnb. If yes, you can import your existing listing information to speed up the process.

5. Enter your property name

Give your property a clear, descriptive name that potential guests will easily understand. This helps attract the right visitors.

6. Select property type and guest capacity

Choose your property category (Finca, apartment, chalet, vacation home, villa, or hotel-apartment) and specify the maximum number of guests it can accommodate. Note that minimum guest requirements are not currently available as a configuration option.

Important restrictions: Hotel rooms and rentals where the host resides in the same property during the guest's stay cannot be listed on Holidu.

7. Add your property location

If you're a property manager, enter the email address of the host account associated with this property.
