How can I list my property on Holidu?

We're excited to help you get started as a host on Holidu! Before you begin, check if your property is located in one of our covered European markets. We currently operate in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Germany, France, Austria, and Croatia.

Getting Started with Your Listing

If your property is in one of our covered countries, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit https://www.holidu.com/host to create your host account
  2. Submit the registration form with your property details
  3. Click "Create a new property" once your account is set up
  4. Complete your property setup and publish it on Holidu

Understanding Your Listing Status

New listings go through a verification and onboarding process before going live. Your listing will remain in "pending" or "review" status until all required information and documentation are submitted and approved by our team.

What We Need From You

To ensure your property is published successfully, make sure you provide:

  • Complete property address and details
  • High-quality property photos
  • Accurate list of amenities
  • Valid bank details for payments
  • Verified identity information
  • Required legal documentation (such as NRA in Spain, business licenses, or other local requirements)

When Will My Listing Go Live?

After you submit all requested information and documentation, our Sales team reviews your property. Once approved, you'll receive an email notification and your listing will become visible on Holidu and our partner sites. Review timeframes vary depending on the completeness of your submission.
