How Much Commission Does Holidu Charge Per Booking?

When you receive a booking through Holidu, a commission is automatically calculated and added to your account as an invoice. This invoice serves as the official legal document for all charges associated with your booking.

Understanding Holidu Commission

Holidu combines all costs—including channel fees and processing fees—into a single commission (if applicable to your account). The good news is that this commission is already included in the price the guest pays, so there are no hidden surprises or additional charges beyond what was agreed.

How Extra Fees Work

You can configure extra fees for your property, which may either be included in the total price shown to guests or charged on-site, depending on the booking channel and fee type. Any applicable commission will be clearly reflected in your net earnings, visible on both your booking invoice and booking details.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

Commission on Partner Channels

Keep in mind that partner channels such as Airbnb or Booking.com may apply their own commission or service fees on top of the price you set in your Holidu account. This also applies to additional guest fees (such as per-guest or per-night charges). The final price shown to guests on external channels may differ slightly from the base price you set in Holidu. The prices you configure in Holidu always refer to your base amount before any external commissions or service fees are added.

Where to View Your Pricing Conditions

You can review your current commission and pricing details anytime:

1. Log into your Holidu Host Account
2. Click the Holidu Logo in the upper right corner and select Account
3. Scroll down to Your Current Pricing Conditions

Here you'll see your current Holidu fee, any applicable discounts, and the commission applied to your channel bookings including Holidu.com, Booking.com, and Airbnb.

How to Find Your Invoices

To view and download commission invoices for each booking:

1. Log into your Holidu Host Account
2. From the left menu, select Financials and then Invoices
3. All commission invoices are listed by date and booking reference
4. Click Download to save a copy for your records
