An incorporated partnership (such as GbR or Grundstücksgemeinschaften in Germany) IS registered in a trade/commercial register and is recognized as a separate legal entity for tax and regulatory purposes. These must onboard as Organization.

An unincorporated partnership is NOT registered in a trade/commercial register and is NOT a separate legal entity. Partners are personally liable.

Rule of thumb: If your partnership has a Handelsregisternummer (DE), is in the Registre du commerce (FR), or is listed in any official commercial register → you are an Incorporated Partnership.

• Log in and go to the 'Account' tab.
• Click 'Validate' to start the verification process.

2. Select Organization as Account Type

• Select Organization as your account type.
• Choose Incorporated Partnership as your company type.

3. Enter Incorporated Partnership Information

3a. Legal Representative Details

• Details of the person signing with Holidu are pre-filled.
• This person must complete Onfido identity verification.
• This person becomes the Primary Legal Representative.

3b. Partnership Details

The host must:

• Enter the official partnership name as registered in the commercial register.
• Provide the trade register number (Handelsregisternummer, Registre du commerce reference, etc.).
• Enter the registered address.
• Upload the trade register extract (Handelsregisterauszug or equivalent) showing the partnership registration.
• Upload the articles of association or constitutional document.

3c. Partnership Members and Legal Representatives

Before You Start: Have these ready:

• Name and address details of all legal representatives and beneficial owners (>25% ownership).

1. The Primary Legal Representative is already listed.
2. Click Add another partner for each additional member or beneficial owner.

      2. Scan the QR code with your phone and take clear photos of the document for immediate verification.
   2. Manual Upload:
      1. Choose the document type and upload high-quality photos of the document.
      2. Click 'Next' to submit. This can take up to 72 hours for verification.

4. Upload Required Documents

Trade Register Extract (required):

You must upload an official extract from the commercial register showing your incorporated partnership registration. The document must be:

• Current and complete (all pages including signature pages)
• Showing the partnership name exactly as registered
• Showing the trade register number
• Issued within the last 12 months (recommended)

Instant Verification (recommended; not available in Greece, Austria, and Italy):

• Search and select your online banking provider.
• Log into your bank account via Tink, our trusted partner. Your banking login details are not stored — they're used only for verification.

Manual Verification:

• Enter your bank details and upload a recent bank statement (issued within the last 12 months).
• The statement must show the company's name, IBAN, and — for non-EU residents — the bank location.
• Click 'Next' to submit. Verification can take up to 72 hours.

3. Complete Verification

• If you used Instant Verification, the status updates immediately.
• If you used Manual Upload, the process can take up to 72 hours.

The verification status in your Holidu account will show as "In Review".
