If you don't see the confirmation email in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder, as it may have been filtered automatically. Once found, keep this email handy for your arrival date.

Access Check-in Details Through Your Account

You can view your check-in information anytime by logging into your Holidu account:

1. Open the Holidu app or visit holidu.com
2. Log into your account with your email and password
3. Navigate to the "Bookings" or "My Bookings" section
4. Select your reservation to view all check-in details
