I cannot log into my Holidu account, what do I do?
If you're having trouble logging into your Holidu account, don't worry. This guide will help you resolve common login issues and get you back to browsing your holiday rentals in no time.
Create a Holidu Account (for Guests)
A Holidu account is not automatically created when you make a reservation—you must set it up yourself. Creating an account gives you access to your bookings, saved properties, and personalized recommendations.
To create an account as a guest, follow these steps:
- Go to holidu.com
- Click Account in the top right corner
- Select Log in for guests from the dropdown menu
- On the login page, choose one of the following options:
- Continue with Google, Apple, Facebook, or Microsoft, or
- Select Continue with E-mail to create an account using your email address
- Follow the prompts to complete the setup
Once your account is created, you can link any existing reservations by entering your last name and booking code. This allows you to access previous bookings and manage future reservations from one convenient location.
Check for Typos
One of the most common reasons you may not be able to log in is a simple typing error. Even small mistakes can prevent you from accessing your account.
When logging in, carefully verify the following:
- Your email address is spelled correctly
- Your password is entered exactly as you created it (passwords are case-sensitive)
- There are no extra spaces before or after your email or password
- The Caps Lock key is not accidentally turned on
Try logging in again after double-checking these details. This simple step resolves login issues in many cases.
Forgot Password
If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it using the password recovery option on the Holidu login page.
To reset your password:
- Go to holidu.com
- Click Account in the top right corner
- Select Log in for guests
- On the login page, click Forgot Password
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for a password reset link (check your spam folder if you don't see it immediately)
- Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password
- Log in with your new password
Make sure to create a strong password that includes a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters to keep your account secure.
