I cannot log into my Holidu account, what do I do?

If you're having trouble logging into your Holidu account, here are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue. Follow these solutions to regain access to your account quickly and easily.

1. Create a Holidu Account (for Guests)

A Holidu account is not automatically created when you make a reservation—you must set it up yourself. To create an account as a guest, follow these steps:

1. Go to holidu.com
2. Click Account in the top right corner
3. Select Log in for guests from the dropdown menu
4. On the login page, choose one of the following options:
   • Continue with Google, Apple, Facebook, or Microsoft, or
   • Select Continue with E-mail to create an account using your email address
5. Follow the prompts to complete the setup

Once your account is created, you can link any existing reservations by entering your last name and booking code. This ensures all your past and future bookings are associated with your account.

2. Check for Typos

One of the most common reasons guests cannot log in is due to typos in their email address or password. When entering your login credentials, verify that:

• Your email address is spelled correctly
• There are no extra spaces before or after your email
• Your password is entered exactly as you set it, including uppercase and lowercase letters
• The Caps Lock key is not accidentally turned on

Even small mistakes—or extra spaces—can block your access. Take your time when typing your credentials to ensure accuracy.

3. Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it through the Holidu login page. Follow these steps:

1. Go to the Holidu login page
2. Click Forgot Password
3. Enter the email address associated with your account
4. Check your email inbox for a password reset link from Holidu
5. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password
6. Use your new password to log in to your account

If you don't see the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder. Make sure to use a strong, unique password when creating a new one to keep your account secure.
