I cannot log into my Holidu account, what do I do?

If you're having trouble logging into your Holidu account, don't worry. This guide will help you resolve common login issues and get you back to browsing your next vacation rental in just a few steps.

Create a Holidu Account (for Guests)

A Holidu account is not automatically created when you make a reservation. You must set it up yourself to access your bookings and manage your account. Here's how to create your guest account:

  1. Go to holidu.com
  2. Click Account in the top right corner
  3. Select Log in for guests from the dropdown menu
  4. On the login page, choose one of the following options:
    • Continue with Google, Apple, Facebook, or Microsoft, or
    • Select Continue with E-mail to create an account using your email address
  5. Follow the prompts to complete the setup

Once your account is created, you can link any existing reservations by entering your last name and booking code. This allows you to view all your past and upcoming bookings in one place.

Check for Typos

One of the most common reasons guests cannot log in is a simple typing error. Before trying other troubleshooting steps, verify your login credentials carefully.

Double-check the following:

  • Email address – Ensure there are no misspellings or extra spaces
  • Password – Verify that you've typed it correctly, paying attention to uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Caps Lock – Make sure Caps Lock is not accidentally turned on
  • Extra spaces – Check that there are no spaces before or after your email or password

Even small mistakes can prevent you from logging in successfully, so take a moment to review your entry carefully.

Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password or suspect it may be incorrect, you can reset it easily in just a few moments.

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the Holidu login page
  2. Click Forgot Password? link below the login fields
  3. Enter the email address associated with your Holidu account
  4. Check your email inbox for a password reset link from Holidu
  5. Click the link in the email (this link typically expires after a few hours)
  6. Create a new password that is secure and easy for you to remember
  7. Log in with your new password

Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the password reset email within a few minutes. Sometimes automated emails end up there by mistake.
