This vacation home is set in an exceptionally peaceful area in St. Clair near Le Lavandou (30 km from St. Tropez), on a one-hectare property with cork oaks and lush umbrella pines.
The beautiful sandy beach of St. Clair and the azure Mediterranean Sea are just 600 m away. Our grandparents used to grow wine on a small scale here.
Apart from the terraces, little remains of that time. The houses are very quiet, far from the main road, on a hill. The house has two air-conditioned bedrooms and accommodates up to 5 guests.
There is a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, including a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer, Senseo and filter coffee makers, and a kettle. A small supermarket is within walking distance, and you can enjoy many attractions and restaurants in the area. The region is easily accessible by car from the Netherlands via the usual routes.
Flying to Toulon Hyères Airport is recommended, as it is only a 30-minute drive.
Marseille and Nice can be reached in 2 hours.
The train is also a good option via Brussels - Marseille - Toulon. Final cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included.
Please bring your own beach towels.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Perry. De plek is rustig, je ervaart geen buren. Lekker tussen het groen. Fijn dat er airco was. Als het niet te heet is, is het naar het strand en het winkeltje lopend goed te doen. Terug is bult op en iets zwaarder in de hitte. Maar parkeren dichtbij het stran...
