Located in Campagnola di Zevio, just a few kilometers south of Verona, this 450 m² guest house accommodates up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

The room is on the ground floor and fully accessible. A fully equipped shared kitchen is available, including a kettle, coffee machine, and complimentary capsules.
Comforts include private Wi-Fi, fan, and air conditioning in the room, as well as a shared living area with TV. Shared washing machine and dryer are available on request.
Underfloor heating is adjustable via thermostat (from November 1 to April 15). Airport and train station shuttle services (up to 4 seats) are available for an additional fee. Outside, relax in the shared garden, enjoy the communal outdoor pool, and use the shared barbecue. You have access to a shared on-site parking space and a communal bike storage area.
Beach towels are provided for your convenience.
