The owners live on-site. Ideally situated for exploring the treasures of Seine-et-Marne and the surrounding area. Thanks to its proximity to major roads, it is also an ideal choice for business trips. This cottage is semi-detached with two other cottages (ref. 638 and 650). Private outdoor parking is available at the entrance to the property. A private garden in front of the cottage includes garden furniture and a barbecue. Access to the cottage is via an external staircase (currently under construction). On the ground floor: - Living/dining room with sofas, armchairs, TV, and a large dining table - Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, dishwasher). - Separate WC. Access to the upper floor via a spiral staircase: - One bedroom with three single beds (two single beds can be joined to make a double bed upon request). - One bedroom with two single beds. - One bedroom with two single beds (two single beds can be joined to make a double bed upon request). - Bathroom - Separate WC. - Included in the price: bed linen, towels, heat pump heating.

Un séjour très agréable, convenant très bien à notre famille, à quelques détails près toutefois (les doudous de nos petites filles ont rencontré des moutons...et aussi des fourmis, l'escalier extérieur raide, sans rampe, aux marches étroites est assez effrayant)Globalement nous en garderons tout de même un bon souvenir !

Gite spacieux, bien placé mais voiture indispensable.Accès aux chambres par escalier étroit.Nous n'avons pas utilisé les volets qui semblaient trop fragiles.La batterie de cuisine mériterait un renouvellement.Wifi instable.
