At the vicinity of the picturesque park and church of Agios Sostis in Syggrou Avenue, it is at walking distance from the Acropolis Museum and the Acropolis rock itself.
It is located very close to The Intercontinental and Grand Hyatt Athens Hotels.
It is conveniently located at the middle between the Athenian coastline and the Athenian historical and archaeological centre. Walking through the quiet back streets of the vicinity always pays off, leading in short time to the foothills of Acropolis or to the absolute centre of Athens at Syntagma Sq. Walking through the pedestrian routes of the quiet neighbor of Koukaki , somebody qoes directly to Plaka, Anafiotika, Thision IF not attracted by local restaurants, cafes and bars. There are no restrictions for using the facilities and amenities of the apartment. Anyhow, it is not suitable for babies and children below 6 and for persons with special needs and handicaps.
