Step through the door into a light-filled entrance hall that opens into a spectacular open-plan living space. Vaulted ceilings rise gracefully above, skylights flood the room with natural light, and polished concrete floors with underfloor heating create a sleek, modern feel. Bi-fold doors wrap around two sides, inviting the outdoors in and leading to a generous decked terrace, the ideal spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. A few steps up, you’ll find a welcoming snug with exposed beams and wooden floors, complete with a wood-burning stove, a perfect retreat for curling up with a book after a day exploring the Jurassic Coast. Practical touches include a ground-floor utility and boot room, plus a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The accommodation is as thoughtfully designed as the living spaces. On the ground floor, a comfortable double bedroom sits alongside a stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower. A snug with a wood-burning stove adds a cozy touch, while a utility room and boot room provide practical convenience. Upstairs, the master bedroom stands out with its striking stone bath and adjoining WC. Two additional double bedrooms share a contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower, wash basin, and WC. This property is equipped with underfloor heating and a log burner for year-round comfort. The kitchen boasts a gas range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and the utility includes a washing machine and tumble dryer.
