The house is about a ten-minute walk from the beach in Beau Vallon.
This section of beach has an offshore reef and is ideal for snorkelling.
At high tide, the water level drops to around four metres and you can see all the coral fish, corals and even turtles.
Outside there is a terrace with plenty of space.
It is equipped with plenty of seating furniture.
You can park in front of the house and in a carport.
There is also a barbecue and a barbecue area.
We recommend a hire car, which we can offer at a reasonable price through our car hire company.
A hire car is recommended everywhere on the island.
The house is suitable for six adults and two children and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area.
In the living area there is a seating area, as well as access to two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The coffee machine requires size four coffee filters.
You are welcome to bring your own coffee, as only instant coffee is available on site.
The master bedroom has air conditioning, a fan, its own large bathroom and a small balcony.
From the balcony you have a view of Beau Vallon.
The other two bedrooms each have air conditioning, fans and a large shared bathroom.
There are of course plenty of wardrobes.
One or two extra beds can also be added in the large living area.
All three bedrooms have double beds measuring 2 x 1.80 x 2.00 metres and 1 x 1.40 x 2.00 metres.
The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and a shower, as well as a washbasin and WC.
A tumble dryer and a washing machine are also available in the house.
You can do your shopping in the immediate vicinity of your holiday home, the nearest small supermarket is about ten to 15 minutes' walk away and the restaurants are about 15 minutes away, as everywhere on the island we recommend a hire car.
We can offer this at a reasonable price through our car hire company.
It is recommended as it makes you more independent and allows you to get to the more remote beaches and sights by car and also makes it easier to get to your accommodation.
Our accommodation is slightly elevated.
We also offer tours to the neighbouring islands of Praslin and La Dique (possibly with an overnight stay on Praslin).
This also includes ferry bookings.

The house has its own water tank, so that a possible water rationing, in the rainy season, should not be a problem.
