The first bedroom has a queen bed (160x200), and the second has a double bed (140x200).

You will have access to Wifi with ultra-fast fibre and a dedicated work area.

20th Arrondissement is an excellent location for exploring Paris. The Place de la Nation, Parc de Belleville, Père Lachaise Cemetery, Tomb of Jim Morrison, Saint-Ambroise, Paris, Great Mosque of Bagnolet, Belvédère de Belleville, and Square des Amandiers are all nearby. The Gambetta station is only steps away, and the Pelleport station is only a 7-minute away. The Paris Gare de Lyon station is only 3.2 km away. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants and bars, such as La Bellevilloise, Le Perchoir, and La Maroquinerie. Cafes, such as Chez Prosper and Moncœur Belleville, are also nearby.

an impeccable apartmentb in a quiet building that matches the photos in a beautiful location, everything is close by... the only negative point is the floor.

Quite close to everything, you have a supermarket down the street and the metro station. The house is lovely and cleaned. Highly recommended!

Nice flat, very well located just near the metro. Nice view of the Eiffel Tower from the top of the street, and the Bittes Chaumont park is just next door.
The only downside was that the duvets installed on the double beds were single duvets, a little light for sleeping without being cold, but I mentioned this to the landlord who I hope will make the change for the next tenants!
