Multiple bus stops (126, 194, 388, 475..) are minutes from the property.
The nearest metro station, Mairie de Montrouge (line 4), is just a 13-minute walk.
The metro station Malakoff—Rue Étienne Dolet (line 13) is 15 minutes away.
This line takes you directly to Les Champs Elysées.
Paris Orly Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents.
A deposit will also be required.

Comfortably accommodating up to 2 pax, you'll find the studio is fully equipped with all the kitchen basics needed to prepare yourself a meal, fresh towels, bed linens, and 24/7 guest support to assist you anytime.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The studio was in perfectconditions, very clean and tidy, the building as well. The place around is very safe and quiet, and very confortable to stay. The only thing to have in mind is that is a little bit far from the metro station (15-17 min walking), but the neighbouhood is very safe and quiet.
