In the Frisian village of Delfstrahuizen, right on the water and within walking distance of the Tjeukemeer, is this cosy holiday home for ten people.
The cosy, homely interior and the view of the bridge with passing boats create a relaxed atmosphere.
Enjoy long summer evenings on the terrace with barbecue, a lovely place to be together.
The surrounding area also offers plenty of opportunities for an active or relaxing stay.
Rent a sloop and explore the Frisian waters, take a trip through National Park De Weerribben, or visit the nearby villages of Heerenveen, Joure and Lemmer - all within 15 minutes.
Even Amsterdam is just an hour's drive away! The tastefully furnished living room features a comfortable seating area with a large corner sofa, two armchairs and a television.
Adjacent is the cosy kitchen diner, where you have a view of the bridge with its continuous shipping traffic.
The spacious dining table seats ten people.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, hob and dishwasher.
The house has five bedrooms in total.
On the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds, a television and a private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds.
Two of these bedrooms also have a private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
There is also a separate bathroom with bath, shower in bathtub, washbasin and toilet.
Outside you will find a spacious terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and a storage room for bikes.
From the terrace you overlook the water, where boats regularly pass by.
Parking is available along the canal opposite the house or in a general car park two minutes' walk away. Particularities • Student associations, youth groups (up to 25 years), primary school groups and friend groups (up to 30 year) are not allowed. • The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 25 years. • If your departure day is on a Sunday, you can check out till 20:00 • Through the owner, you can rent a ten-seater aluminium sloop. • Bike rental or an electric scooter can be arranged through the owner. • Breakfast can be ordered through the local supermarket. We zijn met 9 meiden vrijdag aangekomen en hebben heerlijk geslapen en genoten van het huis en de mooie omgeving. De gastvrouw was vriendelijk en het huis lekker schoon. We hadden heerlijk weer dus lekker op het terras ook nog gezeten. Een aanrader en ik denk dat we deze kant nog wel eens op komen.

Erg gezellig familie huis. Locatie is dynamisch met alle voorbij komende boten. Aan de 2 aparte keukens moet je logistiek even wennen, maar verder van alle gemakken voorzien.
