"Clos des Lilas" is a charming village gîte in Maincy, known for its magnificent Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte. It is ideally located 48 km from Disneyland Paris, 21 km from the Château de Fontainebleau, and 10 km from the Château de Blandy-les-Tours. This detached gîte has its own enclosed grounds, including a large front courtyard and a lovely rear terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Non-smoking gîte.
The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a large, fully equipped 25 m² open-plan kitchen, a spacious 25 m² living room with a sofa, armchairs, a bookcase, and a TV, a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) accessible to people with reduced mobility, an en-suite shower room and toilet, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: two bedrooms, each with one double bed (140x190 cm); two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x190 cm), two shower rooms, and two separate toilets.
- Included in the price: heating, water, linens, and cleaning. Baby cot and high chair available upon request.
- Additional charge: Tourist tax.
- Optional services: Towel rental (€4 per person), payable to the booking department before your stay if desired.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: €1000. Bank check payable to "Net Propreté" (or cash) to be given upon arrival.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l'agencement et la déco des pièces du Clos des Lilas où nous nous sommes de suite sentis un peu comme chez nous. Le temps estival nous a permis de profiter du barbecue tous les soirs. Le lieu a largement contribué à la réussite de notre petite réunion de famille (7 personnes)

Très belle maison propre et fonctionnelle, cuisine très bien équipée et spacieuse. Chambres et sanitaires en nombre dont une chambre PMR au rez de chaussée. Idéalement située au centre du village avec accès à pied aux petits commerces et à quelques minutes en voitures des grandes surfaces.

Les Randonneurs
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end prolongé du 1er mai dans ce beau gite tres bien aménagé.Nous avons apprécié le calme qui règne dans ce village.Nous avons fait de belles randonnées dans la forêt de Fontainebleau. La visite du château de Vaux le Vicomte vaut le détour.Bravo à la Mairie de Maincy pour cette belle réalisation.
