The contemporary kitchen is marvelous to look at, but it's also amazing to cook in! It's well-stocked and equipped to facilitate cooking throughout your stay. Full-size modern appliances make everything easier and include a stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Other pieces include cutlery, dishes, pots, and pans. Bring your cooking talents because the house has the tools! If you prefer not to cook, there are plenty of nearby eateries, and remember that Mykonos is known for its world-class cuisine.

The aesthetic of beach-chic luxury continues into the well-appointed and spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, side tables, reading lamps, armoire, desk, and chair. There is a fold-down sofa that accommodates one person. All of the bedsheets are provided, as are towels for each guest.

The two full bathrooms, each with a shower, are modern with details that pay homage to the island's Cycladic architecture and culture. There are is a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, iron, and toilet paper included.

This residence also has a dedicated laundry room with a clothes washer for guest convenience.

There is also access in a shared pool.

We would like to inform you about an important regulation mandated by the Greek government. From April to October, all guests are required by law to pay an Environmental Fee. This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.

The fee is:

€8 per night for apartments

€15 per night for villas

This amount is not a charge from us, and we do not profit from it in any way.

Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.

Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.

We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.

The beauty of Mykonos stretches from its ancient landscape through its iconic Cycladic architecture. Traditional, minimalistic whitewashed houses and blue-domed churches are scattered across the landscape. Ano Mera is one of the oldest villages on the island and the second-largest village after Mykonos Town. Compared to Mykonos Town, it is a quiet village where local residents go about their daily routine without the crowds of tourists seen in the larger town. The apartment is located outside the center of the village, within walking distance to the sandy beach of Paralia Kalo Livadi, one of the longest beaches on the island. It is on the southeast coast of Mykonos. Kalo Livadi is ideal for all ages. One section of the beach offers umbrellas, sunbeds, beach bars, and seaside taverns. The other section does not offer any organized services, such as sunbeds and umbrellas. There are also two very nice beaches nearby on either side of Kalo Livadi: Elia and Kalafatis. Things to do on Mykonos: One of the most cosmopolitan islands of the Cycladic islands, this is an ancient land of beauty, culture, history, and an opportunity for an unforgettable holiday.
