Welcome to the Neos Kosmos Gem with Balcony and Acropolis View! This spacious 3-bedroom apartment offers breathtaking views of the Acropolis from two large balconies. Perfect for up to 6 guests, it combines modern amenities with a prime location, just minutes from the city's major attractions.
This stylish 3-bedroom apartment in Neos Kosmos is designed to provide a comfortable and luxurious stay for up to 6 guests. Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a cozy double bed, ensuring plenty of space and privacy for all. The large living room is a perfect gathering spot, offering ample seating and a flat-screen TV for relaxing after a day of exploring Athens. The apartment features one full bathroom with a shower and an additional WC, both equipped with fresh towels, shampoo, and a hairdryer for your convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking at home, including an oven, stovetops, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. Whether you're preparing breakfast or a full meal, you'll find all the cookware and utensils needed for a delightful dining experience. The dining area comfortably seats six, making it perfect for family dinners or casual meals with friends.
One of the standout features of this apartment is its two spacious balconies, both equipped with tables and chairs. From here, you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in stunning views of the Acropolis and the Athens skyline. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a secure building with elevator access and has a private entrance for added convenience. We would like to inform you about an important regulation mandated by the Greek government. From April to October, all guests are required by law to pay an Environmental Fee. This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.
The fee is:
€8 per night for apartments
€15 per night for villas
Please note:
This amount is not a charge from us, and we do not profit from it in any way.
Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.
Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.
Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and roomy. And the check in process was easy. The view of the Acropolis/parthenon was great. Other than below, the host was very responsive to emails. Only complaints: 1 roll of TP for 2 bathrooms. I asked for more, but the host ignored both requests. And…the second bathroom was crazy small.
