This well-appointed apartment is brand new, bright, and cheerful! Located in the Metaxourgio district of Athens, it sits just at the northern edge of Central Athens. It's a short walk to the nearby Metro station, where public transportation can whisk you across town or out to the area's best beaches. If you prefer, you can take a leisurely walk to most of Athens' cultural sites. Each of the city's districts has something of interest along the way.
We would like to inform you about an important regulation mandated by the Greek government. From April to October, all guests are required by law to pay an Environmental Fee. This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.
The fee is:
€8 per night for apartments
€15 per night for villas
Please note:
This amount is not a charge from us, and we do not profit from it in any way.
Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.
Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.
Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.
We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Should you have any questions or need assistance with the payment process, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Warm regards.

The area:
Discover Athens from the Metaxourgio district of Athens in the city's center. The Acropolis Museum and Syntagma Square are just a 10-minute Metro ride away. The National Theater of Greece is a few blocks away. The international airport is about 22 miles away.
Ancient culture, rich history, and tradition make Athens like no other city in the world. It's a city vibrant with character and charm. We suggest taking morning strolls and exploring the shopping districts and central squares of Syntagma, Omonia, and Monastiraki. And, of course, no visit to Athens would be complete without seeing our historic sites, such as the Acropolis and Parthenon! The city comes alive at local taverns, bars, and high-end restaurants at night. There is something for everyone in Athens.
