This well-appointed apartment is brand new, bright, and cheerful! Located in the Metaxourgio district of Athens, it sits just at the northern edge of Central Athens. It's a short walk to the nearby Metro station, where public transportation can whisk you across town or out to the area's best beaches. If you prefer, you can take a leisurely walk to most of Athens' cultural sites. Each of the city's districts has something of interest along the way.

We would like to inform you about an important regulation mandated by the Greek government. From April to October, all guests are required by law to pay an Environmental Fee. This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.

The fee is:

€8 per night for apartments

€15 per night for villas

This amount is not a charge from us, and we do not profit from it in any way.

Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.

Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.

We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.

The area: Discover Athens from the Metaxourgio district of Athens in the city's center. The Acropolis Museum and Syntagma Square are just a 10-minute Metro ride away. Saint Nicholas Pefkakia Church Laiki Farmer's Market Kolonaki, an adjacent, upscale neighborhood, is one of the main shopping areas in Athens and is home to several prominent museums. The Byzantine and Christian Museum National Gallery is home to post-Byzantine Greek and European art. Monastiraki Flea Market is one of Athens's most visited and picturesque areas for both Greeks and tourists.
