From this area, direct access to the outdoor space is possible, creating a harmonious connection between the interior and exterior.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both comfortable and well-decorated.
This floor also features a bathroom with a bathtub and an additional WC, ensuring comfort and practicality.
The first floor houses the master suite, equipped with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, offering complete privacy and convenience.
The kitchen is fully equipped and harmoniously integrated with the other areas, providing practicality and functionality for preparing your meals during your stay.
Outdoors, the villa boasts a charming leisure area with a private pool (heatable at an additional cost) surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun.
A space with a BBQ and dining table invites relaxed outdoor moments, while the foosball table guarantees fun for all ages.
With a prime location near the beaches and attractions of Albufeira, Villa Aqua 1 is the perfect setting for a memorable holiday in the Algarve, combining relaxation, fun, and the best of the Algarvian lifestyle.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered.
For added convenience, grocery baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With pool heating activated, the water temperature will consistently be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if you need them.
Group deposit: €200 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 6 guests.
However, it is possible to accept an additional 4 guests, who will be accommodated in extra beds.
