Villa Akti Barbati 3 is a luxury, brand new property with private pool perfectly located above the exclusive beach of Barbati.
Perfect for a couple or a small family, yet detached and incredibly welcoming, this villa is a true rarity.
Offering breathtaking, unobstructed sea-views, the villa combines the very best quality with a sought after location: a car is not essential as both beach and shops/restaurants are within walking distance.
With 1 bedroom, 1 shower room, fully air-conditioned interiors finished with taste and style, Villa Akti Barbati 3 can sleep up to 2 to 3 guests.
Relax on the balcony enjoying the views of the boats passing by splash in the private pool, enjoy a storll down to the beach: this is for sure the perfect property for a holiday to remember! Inside, Villa Akti Barbati 3 is set over one floor and is accessed via a set of steps from the private parking area.
The modern interiors have been finished with great taste and style, to provide a superior holiday experience.
There is a spacious lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area.
Beautifully furnished in Mediterranean colors, the lounge has a satellite TV, wi-fi internet connection, comfortable sofa (that can be turned into a bed for a 3rd guest), and patio doors opening onto spacious sea-facing terraces providing beautiful views.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, perfect for the preparation of meals of any kind.
There is also a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with shower next to it.
For the comfort of our guests, the villa is air-conditioned (included in the rental price) and all the rooms have sea-views.
If the indoor areas of the villa are amazing, the pool patio will leave our guests speechless: views, design, relaxation, greenery! The generously sized private pool (5.5m x 3.5m, depth 1.7m, lit at night), has comfortable sunbeds as well as a stunning gazebo next to it.
The front shaded dining area (sea-facing) is equipped with bbq as well and is the perfect spot for al-fresco dining while enjoying the breathtaking views.
The poolside patio and the garden provide beautiful views over the resort of Barbati and the turquoise sea, stretching from Corfu Town up to Albanian mainland in the distance.

We throughly enjoyed our stay, the location was amazing and the sunrise views over Albania were beautiful. The only downside were the bushes from below the balcony were overgrown and you couldn’t see the view from the pool area. However, the sitting area was clear. Would definitely recommend to anybody wanting to stay in corfu! Thank you.

Our second stay at this villa was just as good as last year. Super pool, a kitchen you can happily cook a meal in, extremely comfortable bed, and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Everything we wanted for our 4 night stay.

Die Außenanlagen mit dem Pool, einfach traumhaft. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist unglaublich schön.
Das Haus befindet sich an der direkten Inselhauptstrasse mit 24/7 Lärm, schlafen ist nur bei geschlossenen Fenstern möglich.
Das Badezimmer ist alt und stark renovierungsbedürftig, bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir die Duschamaturen nachziehen lassen, das Wasser lief die Wand runter, alles nass! Die D...
