Very good stay:) ## Logement Located on the 5th floor with elevator, the accommodation comprises : - two bedrooms with one double and one single bed; - two bathrooms; - a fully-equipped kitchen; - a lounge area for relaxing after a day out. You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and location.
It is located : - close to the Montmartre district ; - a 3-minute walk from the Franprix supermarket for your everyday needs; - 280 m from metro line 13. During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Nespresso coffee machine, electric piano, WiFi, TV, tumble dryer, microwave, hair dryer, washing machine, oven, crib, iron, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. Places of interest near the accommodation : - Marché Couvert Batignolles 5 minutes' walk away; - Parc Clichy - Batignolles Martin Luther-King 9 minutes away; - Square des Batignolles 11 minutes away; and much more... It has an excellent quality of life whether it is on safety, proximity, cleanliness and calm.
It has a lot of transport and it's only a few minutes away from all commerce. The district of Wagram-Ternes is however much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs Élysées. On the north-east side, is the Batignolles district, which is a mix of Parisian and hiptser atmosphere. ## Transports Metro station: -line 13 (Brochant station): 4-minute walk. -line 12 (Lamarck - Caulaincourt station): 17-minute walk. Streetcar: -line T3b (Honoré de Balzac station): 14-minute walk. RER : -line C (Porte de Clichy station): 13-minute walk. Bus : -line 31 (Moines - Davy station): 3-minute walk. -lines 54, 74, N15 and N51 (Legendre station): 3-minute walk. From Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport: 36 minutes by cab.
