The holiday flat covers approx. 50 m² and has two bedrooms, one of which has two single beds. The spacious bathroom has two washbasins. A well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a cosy living area complete the offer.
The S'Mauthäusl Luftenstein is idyllically situated in the picturesque Lofer valley basin and offers a central location. The village centre of St. Martin is just 500 metres away. In winter, the free ski bus stops right outside the door (approx. 10 metres) and takes you conveniently to the Almenwelt Lofer ski area, which is around 2 km away.
Our house offers numerous amenities, including a ski and boot room with boot dryer, a terrace and a garden. The spacious wellness area, about 65 m² in size, invites you to relax and has a sauna, an infrared cabin and a relaxation room. This can be used free of charge and is open from 1 October to 30 April, with opening days varying depending on the season. We also offer massages on request and for a fee.
Our wellness area is closed from 1 May to 30 September, but our large terrace offers plenty of space to spend time together in summer. You can have breakfast or dinner in the cosy Salettl, and a barbecue is at your free disposal.
A special highlight is the Salzburger Sommercard, which is included in the price. With this card, you can enjoy free rides on the Almenwelt Lofer mountain railway, a visit to our impressive natural wonders, entry to the outdoor pool in Lofer and much more. The Sommercard is valid from 1 May to the end of October.
