Our pleasant 70 qm apartment on the ground floor offers:
Spacious kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven as well as dishes, pots and pans.
Cozy dining room with a large table, comforable corner bench and chair. The stove can be heated with wood.
Large living room with upholstered armchair and footrest, a couch and table and a large chill-out corner (140 cm x 200 cm with high quality mattress).This can be used as an additional bed for one or two adults or children.
Large TV with satellite reception in the living room.
Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and sideboard.
Bathroom with bathtub and shower curtain, hairdryer and towels.
All room are equipped with electric shutters.
Internet use via guest access.
Washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee. Two clothes horse and ironing board and iron are available.
Our apartment on the ground floor is a 5-minute walk from the lake Öschlesee. It is a ideal starting point for all leisure activities in every season. We are 800 m away from the motorway connection in the direction of Füssen, Oberstdorf or Lindau. The bus stop is 50 m in front of the house with a good connection to Sulzberg and Kempten. There is a parking space in front of the garage. The garage can be used to park bicycles or motorcycles. From the living room you can reach the garden or a terrace; both can be used with garden furniture. A grocery store, butcher, baker, pharmacie and bank are just 3 km away.
Price per night for one or two people for a stay of 3 nights: Euro 70,--
Price per night for one to three people for a stay of 3 nights: Euro 90,--
Price per night for one to four people for a stay of 3 nights: Euro 100,--
Additional tourist tax: per night Euro 0,50 per children (from 6 to 16 years) | Euro 1,00 per person (from 17 years)
Coming from the north on the A7 at the "Autobahn Dreieck Allgäu" change to the A98 and after 2,8 km take the Durach, Sulzberg exit and turn left towards Sulzberg. From there it is another 800 m to the turn right into Burgratzer Straße 2, the first house with free parking space in front of the garage on the left.
Check-in/out according to the arrangement.
