There are 2 holiday flats in our house. The property is a shared property for all flats in the house. You have your own access to the lake and will ALWAYS find a spot. Here you will find absolute peace and pure relaxation.
Our Seerose is located directly on the lake with its own lake access and its own private garden for the whole house (3 parties).
The house is idyllically situated directly on the lake on a large plot. Here you are all to yourself with your family and friends.
Let yourself be intoxicated by the sound of the waves, or in winter by a fairytale landscape in white and the mystical mist on the lake.
Find peace after a long hike, a wonderful day on and in the lake, after a trip to numerous places and castles of Ludwig II or to the beautiful mountains of Bavaria.
Finish the day on the balcony, in the garden, or in winter in your cosy holiday flat with a glass of wine and enjoy the panoramic view of pure nature.
Let yourself be captivated by the Walchensee and of course by our dreamlike "Seerose"
In your guest folder you will find everything important and informative, such as emergency numbers, ski rental, bike rental, excursion destinations and much more.
Parking spaces are directly at the house.
The visitor's tax is paid in cash on site.

Top Lage mit direktem Zugang zum See,
inklusive Ruderboot.
Haus steht direkt an der Durchgangsstrasse.
Starker Verkehr und dadurch sehr laut.
Ein Schlafen mit offenem Fenster war nicht möglich.

Auf dem Balkon konnten wir die schöne Aussicht bei herrlichem Sonnenschein genießen.
In den Betten mit festen Matratzen hatten wir einen erholsamen Schlaf.
Wir konnten unser Auto mal stehen lassen und die Ferienwohnung war Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Wanderungen bzw. Spaziergänge in die Umgebung wie z. B. entlang des Walchensee, durch die Schlucht oder mit der Seilbahn auf den Hochstand.
Der Kamin ist leider nicht nutzbar. Laut Hinweis in der Ferienwohnung ist er nicht mehr angeschlossen und nur noch Dekoration.
Der kurze Weg vom Parkplatz zum Haus ist leider unbeleuchtet. Hier ist zu empfehlen, eine Beleuchtung z. B. mit Bewegungsmelder zu installieren, um für die Gäste den sicheren Zugang zum hinteren Eingang zu gewährleisten.
