The houseboat is located in the Marina Hennigsdorf, quiet and sunny, only approx. 500 m from the town centre. Free parking approx. 200m away; access via jetty directly to the houseboat. The houseboat HANNA (approx. 25 m² living space) has a large driver's cabin (weather and sun protection can be used variably) with 2 small sofas and driver's seat. From here you have access to the living/sleeping area with a comfortable seating area, which can be converted into a double bed. Bed (sleeping area 1.40 m x 2 m) and kitchenette (3 hobs, oven, kettle). Bedroom with a double bed. Bed (sleeping area 1.40 m x 2 m) with access to the stern (outboard motor). Small shower/WC. From the stern access via narrow and steep external ladder to the sun deck with sunbathing area (8 m²), as well as a bathing ladder for easy entry and exit into the water.

LOCATION OF THE OBJECT:
The houseboat is located in a beautiful and quiet harbour area, on the outskirts of Henningsdorf directly on the Havel. From here, many waterways lead to the surrounding area, including directly into Berlin, the centre of which is just 20 km away. Apart from the government district, Berlin is also easily navigable with this houseboat. It is also an ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding area and Berlin by S-Bahn (S25 train stop just 700 metres away) and by bike (cycle path right next to the boat harbour). This means that the houseboat can also be conveniently used as a "pure" holiday home.

For those who would also like to use the houseboat as an excursion boat, the following information is helpful and necessary:
The boat has a 15 hp petrol outboard motor and has a maximum speed of 6 km/h. The boat is delivered with a full tank of petrol. The property is handed over with a full tank of petrol and must also be handed back with a full tank on the day of departure (on request and for a one-off payment of € 40, this can also be carried out by the harbour master for the guest). On request, the harbour master can also offer voluntary boat handling training on site (one-off charge of € 65). The boat has a 250 litre service water tank; the waste water tank has a capacity of 200 litres.

The small town of Hennigsdorf is located almost exactly on the border of the two federal states of Brandenburg and Berlin, in the green 'Speckmantel', so to speak, 20 km west of the centre of Berlin. The Havel flows past, directly into the Nieder Neuendorfer See; the Tegeler Forst forest area is only a few kilometres away. Climbing forest approx. 5 km. Ideal starting point from the harbour for hikes, bike tours, boat tours (canoe and kayak hire at the harbour), or jaunts with the S25 directly into Berlin. Potsdam 40 km to the south, to Oranienburg 17 km.

IMPORTANT NOTES IN ADVANCE:
The houseboat has neither an internet connection nor TV or radio !
The boat has a 250 litre service water tank; the waste water tank has a capacity of 200 litres. If the service water is used up or the waste water or faeces tank is full, a short trip with the houseboat to the disposal or refilling point is absolutely necessary (either free of charge by the holiday guest or for a fee by the harbour master upon payment on site).

PET maximum 1 animal allowed. If the pet was NOT specified when booking via an internet platform or cannot be explicitly specified there, please register immediately at FeWo-PLAN.com; the pet will then be added for a fee.
Laundry All linen must be brought along. Rental possibility on site: Bed linen € 12 per person and towel set € 6 per person and set, each valid per stay.

The deposit is € 300 per stay (in cash); if the houseboat is also used for excursions, a deposit totalling € 1,000 must be paid as security. A gas cylinder for basic consumption is already included in the rental price; additional gas cylinders can be purchased on site for € 30.
