Come stay in our warm studio for a sunny break in Nice! Our accommodation is nestled in the heart of Nice's most epicurean district, the Port quarter.
It faces the street with a view of the famous Castle Hill adorned with its typical Niçoise buildings.
The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a secure Niçoise building with an elevator, just a stone's throw from tram line 2, which allows you to arrive smoothly from Nice Airport or to explore the city with ease. Our accommodation is equipped with a living area with an optimized, light-filled space comprising: - An open kitchen equipped with: refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, washing machine. - A living area equipped with a mobile air conditioner to cool your nights during warm days, with a standard 140x190 sofa bed with storage, a Smart TV & free WiFi connection. - A dining area facing the window with an unobstructed view. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower, vanity unit, toilet, heated towel rail, and is equipped with a hairdryer.
A set of bed linen and towels is also provided and prepared for your stay, as well as welcome amenities for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).
The products provided are indeed welcome amenities, allowing you to arrive with complete peace of mind.
However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay.
This depends on your personal consumption. The exceptional location will allow you to live at the Azurean pace during your stay, close to the best delicatessens & restaurants.

Qielques problèmes à signaler :
1- L'un des voilages, coincé dans un battant de fenêtre, ne permet pas de l'ouvrir.
2- Il manquait une cloche dans le four microonde => achetée à Monoprix
3- La hotte ne fonctionne pas.

J'ai laissé 2 bocaux en verre nettoyés sur la crédence: je n'ai pas ...
