Beautiful old flat in a traditional Viennese townhouse, built around 1903, on the 2nd floor. There is a lift which can be reached after 7 steps.
Directly opposite the house is the underground (line U6) as well as a bakery and a supermarket, tram (lines 40, 41 and 42) and Citybike station around the corner, nice restaurants within walking distance (burgers, Indian, Italian, cafés, Austrian home cooking, vegan, etc.), in 10 minutes in the old town or on the Danube Island.
Everything your heart desires can be found in the immediate vicinity:
From daily necessities (ATM, farmers' market, clothing, bookshop, florist, toys) to sightseeing and culture (Volksoper, Vienna's English Theatre, Palais Liechtenstein, Votivkirche) and health (pharmacy, general hospital, personal trainer, yoga studio).
