TOP modernly furnished, spacious vacation apartment with a large, covered south-facing balcony, open living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove, refrigerator). 2 separate bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, max 2 adults and 2 children), large flat-screen TV, cable TV, Wi-Fi.
Bathroom with shower, washing machine, and a spacious hallway. Bicycle storage in the basement.
Garage free of charge. Quiet location, 3rd floor (no elevator), approximately three minutes' walk to the lake, near spa clinics, with a beautiful view of the Roseneck spa park, near Prienavera adventure pool, Kneipp facility, boat rental, restaurants, and ferry terminal. One dog is very welcome for a fee. The spa contribution is not included in the price and must be paid separately. The deposit is 30% of the travel price. Linen package: For stays of 2 nights or more, the linen package will be provided to you free of charge.
This includes 1 set of bed linen, 1 shower towel, and 1 regular towel per guest.
Additionally, a bath mat and 2 kitchen towels are provided.

Schöne Wohnung, Seenähe... leider direkt an der Durchgangsstraße!
3. Stock,was für ältere Personen sehr beschwerlich ist! Wünschenswert wäre ,die Möglichkeit den Lift benutzen zu können,der nur für die Mieter des Hauses zugänglich ist!
Sehr nett und hilfreich war Frau Hohlfeld als Ansprechpartnerin bei Fragen oder Problemen!
