Information about the host
In the middle of the wonderful Bavarian Forest, high above the village of Sankt Englmar at 900m, we welcome you to our renovated flat.

The beautiful surroundings and numerous leisure activities ensure that you will quickly feel at home in your flat and in the surrounding area.








The flat is located in a holiday resort in Sankt Englmar.



Indoor pool with children's pool and outdoor pool with slide (in summer), 3 saunas, fitness centre, outdoor playground, minigolf and table tennis are free of charge, a good free WLAN is available.



Family World (small surcharge) with large indoor playground with climbing labyrinth, slides, trampoline, electric kart track and soccer hall offer year-round play opportunities for children.



Numerous hiking trails, ski slopes and cross-country ski trails (with ski and cross-country ski hire), a climbing forest with high ropes course within walking distance offer the ideal starting point for sporting activities in nature.



A few minutes away by car is the Waldwipfel-Weg with the "Haus am Kopf", as well as two amusement parks ( Egidibuckel and Edelwies ) with toboggan runs, roller coaster and much more.





In Viechtach about 10km away you have the opportunity to explore the wild river landscape of the black rain, called "Bavarian Canada" by canoe, kayak or on foot. The starting point Adventure Camp Schnitzmühle is our personal favourite.

During this time, the fitness area and a sauna will remain in operation.

Payment is made in advance by bank transfer.



An advance payment can be charged at any time after booking.





Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will be charged with 50% of the total cost, cancellations in the 14 days before arrival will be charged with 100% of the total cost.

























Description of the unit
Our cosily furnished flat offers a combined living and sleeping area and bathroom.

With its 33m² and a covered balcony with a great view of the Danube valley and on a clear day even as far as the Alps, you can start your holiday in a relaxed way.

A new high-quality trestle bed offers a high level of sleeping comfort. There is also a pull-out day bed for relaxing or as an additional sleeping option.

The kitchen was completely renovated in spring 2023.

Dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, two induction hobs, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, pans, pots and cooking utensils.

The extendable dining table right by the window always offers a beautiful view at breakfast, lunch or dinner. The LED room lighting with colour-changing function sets the perfect mood.

Good Wi-Fi, a swivelling flat-screen satellite TV and a digital radio provide entertainment. You are also welcome to use our table tennis bats and games collection.

Towels and bed linen are of course provided free of charge.





Conditions/Extras
Arrival is possible from 13:00 to 24:00.



Departure is possible until 10:00.



Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation.



The keys are handed over via a key safe on site.





Pets are unfortunately not possible





The tourist tax of 2,30 EUR per person (from 16 years)/night and 1,40EUR per child ( 6-15 years)/night will be charged extra on site.



Washing machine use possible in the house for a fee.







Free parking is available at the accommodation on request.
