Although the luxury doesn’t stop here! Outdoor facilities Step out on the veranda where the outdoor area is fully fenced with a private swimming pool(25sqm and 1.40m depth) and the infinity blue will definitely impress you.

The swimming pool can be heated from October till May, free of charge upon request at least 3-4 days before the arrival. Around the pool, there are sunbeds and an umbrella for luxurious poolside relaxation and quality time.

Pretty close to this area exists an outdoor dining table next to the charcoal barbecue with a sink and a cupboard. *Heated Pool Policy The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions.

We request three days' advance notice for this facility.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.) From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 8€ per night/villa from April to October and 2€ per night/villa from November to March.
