Quiet and cozy 60 sqm apartment, for 4 people, located on the 3rd floor of a period building in good condition with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people - some steps to access it). The property is located in San Jacopino/Doni district, a quiet area, full of services and well served by public transport: the ideal solution to visit the city while staying away from the chaos of the center.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony.
The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob - 4 burners, fridge with freezer, moka, kettle, dishwasher, oven, microwave, wine glasses, kitchenware and small dining table), double sofa bed, TV and access to the balcony;
- BALCONY with small table and chairs;
- BEDROOM with double bed, TV and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room), independent heating, washing machine, insect screens, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
The whole flat will be at your complete disposal.
IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law.
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

In 10 minutes on foot, it is possible to reach the University of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies of Florence and, in about 20 minutes, Santa Maria Novella Railway Station thanks to Tramway T2. Once reached Santa Maria Novella station, it will be possible to visit all the main points of interest in Florence comfortably on foot or by public transport.
In addition, with a walk of about 20 minutes from the accommodation it is possible to reach the "Cascine" Park with the Visarno Arena and the Fortezza Da Basso, location of Pitti events. It was a fine easy stay near the tram. The only problem was there was no hot water. When it did work it went away after 2min. So don’t expect to take a shower here. Other than that, it was a fine stay.

Had a lovely time in the apartment. It was very clean and looked just like in the pictures. Check in was easy and uncomplicated and the location of the apartment is great. It only took us about half an hour to walk into the town centre. I can definitely recommend the apartment and we would stay again!
