Villa with private pool and garden located in Manerba del Garda in a complex of only a few units, in a very quiet area and convenient to the lake.


Inside the villa, with Wi-Fi internet connection included, consists of a spacious living room with comfortable sofa bed, flat screen TV with international SAT channels, dining area with a nice table and chairs and the large modern kitchen fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine and toaster. A service bathroom with washbasin and WC is available to guests on the ground floor. The living room and the kitchen overlook the nice private covered porch equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining with a beautiful view of the pool and the private garden!


On the upper floor of the villa are the two bedrooms: the first, spacious and master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, wardrobes and a balcony from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake, and the second one is equipped with two single beds. The first floor is completed by the bathroom equipped with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms on the first floor and in the living room.

A staircase leads to the lower floor of the villa where there is a further bedroom with a sofa bed to sleep two people.

The lower floor continues with a further bathroom equipped with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The private swimming pool can be used from 1 May to 30 September.

Guests of the villa may park two cars in the private garage and one in the outdoor parking space (measurements: width 3.70m length 9m height 2.20m).

Pets are allowed on request.

The town of Manerba is nestled in the green hills of Valtenesi and in the hinterland the farms offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, horseback riding experiences, local trattorias and beautiful golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and holiday villages, easily accessible by bus, and well connected to the main attractions. The settlement is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake, which is a destination for pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.


The airport of Verona is only 45 minutes away by car.
