Pelicans Place LCV23 has great Ocean views from the deck, and is close to white sandy beaches. Listen to the surf and watch the waves from the deck or take a stroll on the beach and watch the sunset. This beach house has 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms and offers wireless internet. Sit back and relax on one of three couches in the second floor living room while watching the 46” Flat Screen TV or just listening to the stereo. The second floor also has a full kitchen, dining room, and two bedrooms (2 sets of bunks in one and the other has a queen bed and bath). Go upstairs to the third level for the Primary Bedroom with a king size bed and an awesome unobstructed view of the Gulf. The separate first floor is ADA accessible. The ground floor is not internally accessible to the second floor. You will have to use the exterior stairs. You will find two more queen bedrooms, living/dining room and its own kitchenette. Grill is not provided. This unit has no interior stairs. NO GARAGE ACCESS!
