Welcome to this chic and modern 3-room holiday apartment in the well-maintained Seebad residential complex.
From here, it's only about 250 m to the beach! The approximately 58 sqm, renovated, and lovingly furnished accommodation is located on the 1st floor (elevator available) and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The living room is spacious, bright, and modern.
It features a flat-screen TV and a sofa.
From here, you can access the furnished balcony with a south-west orientation. The larger bedroom offers a box-spring bed (180x200) and a TV.
The smaller bedroom has a sturdy bunk bed.
The living/sleeping area is equipped with blackout blinds. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Here you will find everything you need – a stove with 4 burners, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and mixer are available. The renovated bathroom impresses with bright tiles, a toilet, and a washbasin.
It is elegantly and modernly designed. From January 5, 2026, until the end of March 2026, a neighboring apartment in the building will be renovated; during this time, there may be noise disturbances (weekdays only) and increased dirt/dust. You can park your car in the outdoor parking space no. 11.
Electric vehicles can be conveniently charged at the existing charging station for a fee.
In the basement, you will find a shared washing machine and dryer (for a fee).
Of course, this apartment offers free Wi-Fi access.
Please understand that this holiday apartment is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. Your parking space is no. 11.
There is a separate access to the elevator.

Wohnlich und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft mit kompletter Küchen-Ausstattung. Verdunklungsplissees, allem voran im Schlafzimmer.
Der Strand und die Promenade sind superschnell fußläufig zu erreichen.
