Located in a commercial district, between the Port and the lower Mont-Boron area, my accommodation is close to the Train Station, the Tramway, and shops.
You can easily get around using the Train, Tramway, Buses, and bicycles.
The apartment is quiet, very bright, with a North/South facing dual aspect, completely newly renovated, and well-equipped.

Localização: distancia a pé do centro ; perto da estação de comboios e de vários autocarros; do metro um pouco mais distante mas não muito; supermercados e farmácia. Apartamento simpático com tudo o que é necessário . Caso regresse a Nice, voltarei a procurar este alojamento; recomendo preço e qualidade bom para visitar esta costa do sul de França.
no fim do dia, no regresso a casa é um pouco duro subir as escadas até ao 3º andar...o edifício é antigo e por isso não tem elevador. Acaba por fazer parte do exercício diário mas se tivesse que levar uma criança ao colo já seria mais dificil...
