We stayed at this location in December 2023. It provided everything we needed; a parking spot, washer/dryer, stores and bakeries within walking distance, clean room, comfortable bed and U-bahn 15 minute walk. Host was very accommodating and responded quickly when asked if we could drop off our luggage early.

We enjoyed our stay. The basement studio apartment was clean and nice!! It was located on a quiet street and close to groceries, etc. We also found it fairly close to the city centre which was good. Our hosts were friendly, thank you very much!!One thing is the listing has a few inconsistencies...there is no laundry available at the property and there is only street parking.

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful with getting us settled in. They were also very informative with places in the neighborhood and how to get around in Munich by bus or train.
