Modernly furnished and equipped with the latest technology and entertainment, this vacation home in Cape Coral offers space for a total of 8 adults.
The spacious entrance area leads you directly into the approximately 125 m² living/kitchen area.
The open kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances and offers ample space for all the kitchen utensils that a cook's heart desires.
In the large living area, a sofa landscape in front of the entertainment center invites you to linger.
The 65" large LED TV features Netflix, Amazon Prime and offers optimal cinema feeling via the Sonos system.
For those who want a winter atmosphere even in Florida, the electric fireplace can be switched on, and a mulled wine can be enjoyed by the ambient fireplace.
The dining area offers seating for 8 people and can be extended to accommodate 10 people if needed.
The living/kitchen area separates the two sleeping areas, each with 2 bedrooms of 20-25 m² size with full-size king-size beds.
The two bedrooms in the right wing each have their own bathroom with shower/toilet and a large built-in wardrobe for clothes.
One of the bedrooms is directly connected to the lanai and the pool area via a patio door.
The two bedrooms in the left wing each have their own small bathroom with a sink/toilet and a walk-in closet.
Via the small hallway, both bedrooms are connected to the 18m² master bath.
There, in addition to the very spacious shower with an XXL LED rain shower, you can also use a bathtub.
The rear of the two bedrooms is again directly connected to the lanai and the pool area via a patio door.
All bedrooms are equipped with a 42" LED TV.
Both bedroom wings are connected to separate air conditioning systems that can be controlled independently.
So if one part of the guests prefers to sleep at higher temperatures than the other, this can be easily organized. The lanai, with a total area of over 50m², offers you another dining area for up to 10 people, a club lounge with a 55" outdoor TV, and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and refrigerator.
In front of the lanai is the pool area.
Here, we have paid particular attention to ensuring that with a total length of 10 m, you can not only splash around but also swim a few laps.
The saltwater filter system ensures crystal clear water in an environmentally friendly and healthy way.
The pool is equipped with multi-color lighting, which, like the switchable heating, can be controlled via remote control.
A special highlight in the pool: if you lower the bar stools, which were specially made for the pool, into the water, you can watch the next Super Bowl directly from the pool with a small bottle of beer.
To protect our younger guests, the pool area can optionally be separated from the lanai by a safety fence.
The separate hot tub invites you to relax in peace with a glass of champagne and a direct view of the lake.
In the outdoor area, there is an additional pool toilet and an outdoor shower. The open sea is directly accessible via the canal by boat, without locks.

The house is almost as good as the photo's. It's only better the photo's don't do it justice. The only thing we don't like about the house is that they clean the BBQ way to well so it is not seasoned when you use it for the first time.
