The Yannis beach house on a large plot, directly on the wide, sandy beach of Agios Gordios, and is ideal for those guests who want to experience a relaxed Beach holiday close to the sea.
The cottage is located at the North corner of the Bay, in a quiet location, directly on the beautiful sandy beach of Agios Gordios, on a 8,000 sqm property with Mediterranean planting. Inside the property there is a lot of open space for guests, lawn, garden furniture, outdoor shower and barbecue facilities available. This absolutely quiet location guarantees rest and relaxation!!
In this area there are only a few few private vacation properties and no hotels. Supermarkets, restaurants, taverns, as well as various leisure activities are within walking distance. A rental car is therefore not strictly necessary.
If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.

De locatie: aan 't strand en heel veel taveerna's en winkels op loopafstand.
De overkapping van het terras: bij regen kun je niet op het terras zitten en dat vinden wij heel jammer. Het lijkt ons vrij simpel op te lossen door met de reeds aanwezige balken een permanent afdak te maken.

The shower head holder was faulty and wouldn’t hold the shower head. So not possible to take a comfortable shower as one hand always needed to hold on to the shower head ! The toilet flush tank was also constantly leaking water into the toilet making water drop sounds though out the night. We had to...

sehr schön u.sauber.viele leute laufen vorbei u.schauen hinein.
gar nichts in der küche vorhanden.man muss alles selber kaufen.
trotzdem kann ich es empfehlen.schöner strand u.restaurants.
